Dr. Nodali Ndraha
Advancing food safety through precision risk assessment and predictive microbiology.
I am a food safety researcher specializing in quantitative microbial risk assessment and predictive modeling. My work evaluates cold chain management, time-temperature abuse, and the mitigation of foodborne pathogens across various supply chains. Currently, my research focuses on applying molecular diagnostics and synthetic biology, including CRISPR-Cas12a technologies, to improve pathogen detection in Indonesian food matrices. In addition to my laboratory research and authoring a textbook on foodborne bacterial pathogens in Indonesia, I serve as the Editor-in-Chief for Trophos Science of Food, published by NUSAXIS PUSTAKA MANDIRI LLC.
