Eligibility Requirements

  • Official invitation letter outlining the event date, time, and venue.
  • A brief profile of the target audience (e.g., QA/QC professionals, academics, or policymakers) and the expected number of attendees.
  • Confirmation of the event format (in-person, virtual, or hybrid) and the exact duration of the session, including Q&A.
  • Agreement on the speaking honorarium and coverage of travel and accommodation expenses for events located outside of Yogyakarta.
  • Submission of the booking request at least 4 weeks prior to the event.
